Phil O’Neill – Guitar

Phil offers over 30 years of experience to Inside Job, during which time he has toured Germany as well as being a well known figure in Jersey’s 80’s music scene with local outfit, ‘Ruff Justice’. Influenced by the likes of Eric Clapton and Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora, he can now be heard producing some wonderful solo performances in classic hits such as “Let Me Entertain You” and “Play That Funky Music” with Inside Job.

Phil is also a talented producer and writer, having achieved semi-final status with fellow bandmate, Michele Horwood in the highly acclaimed 2009 UK Songwriting Contest with their song, ‘Tread Water’.

Phil plays a Fender Stratocaster, a Gibson Les Paul and an Ibanez SA 260FM, as well as a Takamine EG523 acoustic guitar. These are supplemented with a Marshall valve state 100 watt combo amp, Live 6 X3 live floor pedal and Sennheiser Freeport wireless guitar system.
