Well what a year that was! We can honestly say that it’s flown by and 2011 has been our most successful year yet. But there’s plenty more to come in 2012, and already we have surpassed this year’s number of bookings so it’s promising to be a very busy year.

The great news is that our first ‘public’ performance of the New Year will be back at The Drift on Friday 20th January for their re-launch, so make sure you get yourselves down there for what promises to be another fantastic night.

In the meantime, we’d like to express our sincere thanks to all our loyal fans, supporters, familes and friends for making 2011 yet another amazing year. Without you guys we simply wouldn’t be here! Wishing you all a very safe, enjoyable and happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. We can’t wait to see you all again soon!

INSIDE JOB…BACK AT THE DRIFT SOON!

Where has the year gone?! It’s only 8 weeks until Christmas and the countdown is beginning…But not for Santa just yet! Before you get your dekkies back up, Inside Job make a return to The Drift at the Royal Yacht Hotel on Friday 25th November! We’ve been busy over the last month or so learning some new material, and everything is looking good to air most of them on the 25th, so make sure the date is firmly locked in your diaries and getyourself down there! You won’t want to miss this one!

Gigs, gigs and more gigs!!! That’s what Inside Job have been inundated with of late, so apologies for the lack of updates on this site, but we’ve been SO busy!

The wedding season is in full swing, with the band booked every weekend over the summer months. Last weekend we entertained a happy couple at Jersey’s beautiful setting of La Mare Vineyards. Next weekend we’re back up to the L’Horizon Hotel & Spa for another one!. Plenty more dates in the diary too, not forgetting the long awaited return to The Drift on 25th November, which promises to be another spectacular night!

Next summer is also getting booked up very fast, so if you’re thinking of booking Inside Job for your event next year, you’d better be quick!

A final word of congratulations to Michele, Marcus and James who wowed the crowds at the annual Regstock festival yesterday, with the help of Paul, Phil, Nev and Richard. A great day out topped with the best local talent there is!

Wow! What a fantastic crowd today at day three of the Jersey Boat Show! Thank you so much to all those who turned out to see us rock the boat once again…even staying when it poured with rain! The showers thankfully didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and it was great to see so many people there to support us.

Thanks also must go to the Boat Show organisers, our ever-reliable and superb crew at Stage 2 Productions, our tremendous new ‘roadies’ in Hollie, Lauren and Julia who worked the crowds before and during the performances promoting the band, and all the kids who joined us on stage for the last song this afternoon…Brilliant! Hopefully we’ll be back for more next year!

Be ready for a host of new material that will make you want to dance until your feet are red raw, and also the official unveiling of the band’s new keyboard player, Richard Poignand. Happy New Year! (OK…so it’s a bit late now!) But what a great start to the year…First gig already in the bag after a great night at the L’Horizon Hotel, and plenty of enquiries already rolling in!
